Campsites within the parks have been privatized, therefore bookings are only done through private companies which makes it a long process and difficult for individuals to book for themselves, therefore much better to book through us for a quick reservations, and reservations must be done 12 months in advance to avoid last minutes hassle and inconvenience, therefore book / do your reservations with us on time so that we can book for good camping spots and exciting game viewing areas.


NOTE: Advance booking is compulsory for every booking

1. Our Booking procedures

 A provisional booking will be done by one of our reservations team, on your request, either at the lodges or campsites that you wish to book or visit and we will hold the space for 14 days (Two weeks) of which we will then require full payment or a (50% deposit Non-refundable),depending on your dates of travel to confirm the booking.(Then the outstanding balance will be shown to you upon invoicing) After the full balance payment your vouchers will be scanned and sent to you through email) as confirmation of your reservations, and the original vouchers together with a confirmation letter with our letter head on it indicating reservations numbers or booking numbers,(as other operators/Companies do not issue out vouchers and will be sent to you through DHL COURIERS at a cost of BWP350.00 (Or keep them in our office so that you can come & collect them upon your arrival) We will then ask for your physical address, phone numbers and your dietary requirements and the estimated time of arrival and departure if you are not a self-drive. The balance must be paid 3 months (90 days) before your date of travel if you paid a deposit at the beginning.


DWNP bookings

Please note that National Parks campsite bookings are due in full within two weeks of booking - to confirm the booking and are non-refundable. The payment in full for these reservations MUST BE MADE WITHIN TWO WEEKS or they cancel your booking (or you risk double bookings)

Please pay to confirm these nights in the parks.


Changes in Numbers before travel date

You are welcome to make changes to the numbers in your group or numbers of vehicles before full balance is paid.  When increasing your numbers, please keep in mind that campsites hold a maximum of 8 adults per campsite (so if you increase your numbers past eight people, you will require two campsites or past 16 adults requires three campsites - and this can only be booked then if there are still campsites available – and campsites go a year in advance in Botswana sometimes) * When you book/pay, you book/pay per person, not per campsite and operators allocate campsites *


Adding additional people to your booking after the vouchers are sent:

this can be done providing you are within number limits above.  An additional booking fee (P500) will be charged.  Campsites are privatized and you cannot add people to your bookings at the gates/on the road!  You must add them with us.



2. Cancellations

All cancellation should be done in writing (black & white) in order for the cancellation to be effective. The following will apply during cancellation:


Note: Deposit paid to secure your bookings is non refundable.

• . 30 to 60 days’ notice: Deposit (50%) will be forfeited; balance of 50% of the money will be refunded if the money was paid in full.

• More than 60 days’ notice: The deposit (50%) will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded if booking was paid in full.

• Less than 30 Days’ notice: 100% will be forfeited

• No refund if only the deposit was paid.

• If the client fails to arrive on travel date without notice – no refund will be made (Irrespective of the reason)

• No refund for any money paid to the government in terms of levies or fees e.g park fees (National parks and government camping fees) if paid by us to the government on your behalf.


Campsites & Lodges age limits

There are some age limit at some lodges and camps; therefore you will be advised accordingly if you have children. Children may be allowed to share accommodation at different rates with parents in lodges that accept children. Rules & regulations will be clearly stated on the booking sheets. If you fail to give the correct age of children, then you will be held responsible for that, not us and any penalty charged by the lodges will be for the client’s account.


Campsite capacity

National park campsites hold a maximum of 8 persons and 3 vehicles per a campsite and we will confirm this during the time of booking. Guests may have to share an ablution block and toilets with flushing seated toilets. If you get any campsite and must share with other travelers, due to unfortunate situations, then this is not our responsibility, the responsibilities will be for the campsites operator/owner and our duty will be to communicate between the two of you. We will not be responsible for any double booking as we do not operate the booking sheets. Taking extra people with you on your trip (Not paid for) will not be our accountability, and failure to give the correct no of persons travelling with you will be your responsibility and will be at your expense and all the penalties will be upon you.

NOTE: Camps are unfenced and dangerous animals may wonder around the camps. Children need to be supervised always. Do not approach any wild animals into their comfort zones. It is dangerous to feed any animals. Walking around the camp is not allowed unless accompanied by a guide.


Payment & method of payment

- Payment maybe done by bank transfer or cash only

- All bank charges for bank transfers are for the customer’s account.

- Please ensure a copy of the payment receipt is send to us through email.


Luggage (When using a light charter aircraft)

For safety reasons and because the space is restricted, luggage in charter aircraft is restricted to a maximum of 20kg per a person in a soft bag. This includes camera equipment and carry-on luggage.Luggauges in charter flights must be in soft bags.


Travel & medical Insurance

It is a condition of booking that the sole responsibility lies with the guest to ensure that they carry a comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependent/travelling companion for the duration of their trip to Southern Africa. This insurance should include cover in respect of but not limited to the following eventualities:

• Cancellation or curtailment of the safari

• Emergency evacuation expenses

• Medical expenses

• Repatriation expenses

• Damage/theft or loss of personal luggage, money and goods


National Parks & Game reserves Times

April-September > 06:00 - 18:30

October - March > 05:00 - 19:00

No driving is allowed beyond the above hours.


Enter into a National Park at any time between normal entry hours.

Departure must be before 11:00 AM following your last overnight in the park, or payment for an additional day of fees will be required.
